Quantum leap believes that to counsel students in a regular interval of time is equally important than just providing education. To give education without guidance or without taking into account of the interests of the student doesn’t create much impact in the field of education. The Quantum Leap is certainly concerned about the carrier of the students during their persuasion of the classroom program. And this can be done on the basis of various parameters depending upon his/her burning desires. Certainly, quantum leap recognizes the fact that life has ‘Ocean of Opportunities’ but Quantum leap also appreciate one matter of fact that in order to pursue your dream one needs to travel their path in proper direction under the suitable guidance. We not only understand it but play important role in designing their own goals by giving them our most accurate advice, the Quantum leap’s counselling session can be basically classified in the following two streams namely:
Medical science stream.
Engineering & technology stream.

We try to educate the students about the importance of the two streams and how can they set themselves to their dream goals. We enlighten the students about the structure of papers, marking schemes, minimum cut-off expectation and how medical/engineering seats will be allocated to them. Based on these activities we identity the goal of the students. Then our main role is to mentor them with suitable strategy. The students who have already decided their goal, we just work on their weak areas to strengthen their grip on those area. Some students find difficulty and have no idea about their goal; hence our role become very crucial because our role is not limited to educate them but also have to create interest in the specific zone which ultimately help in designing the goals.
